Professional Agreement (Pay-Per-Lead)
1.1. Purpose and scope
This Agreement governs how you take leads and how Fixeep charges you for them under a pay-per-lead model. It applies only to Pros. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
This Agreement corresponds to version 2026.08.12. We may modify it as described in the “Changes to pricing and this Agreement” section below.
2.2. Eligibility and verification
To take leads you must register, provide accurate identity and business information and the requested documents, and be approved through our verification process. Verification is an automated review of the documents you submit, performed with the assistance of artificial intelligence and subject to human oversight: our staff review borderline cases and may override any automated decision. Verification is not a background check, a certification of competence, or a guarantee of any kind. You may ask us to have a person review an automated decision by writing to [email protected]. Fixeep may approve, decline, pause, or revoke a Pro’s access at its discretion.
You are solely responsible for holding, and keeping current, every license, registration, permit, bond, and insurance required for your trade under applicable state and local law (for example, contractor licensing administered by state boards in Georgia, Florida, and Virginia, where required for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work). Any “Licensed” or “Certified” badge is informational and optional; it is not a certification or endorsement by Fixeep.
You represent that all information and documents you submit are truthful and that you are legally authorized to provide the services you offer.
3.3. The pay-per-lead model
Fixeep operates on a pay-per-lead model. You save a payment card through our payment processor (Stripe) and set a weekly spending cap. When you take a lead (that is, unlock a Client’s contact information for a Job), Fixeep debits the lead fee for that service, off-session: it first draws down any credit balance in your wallet, then charges your saved card for the remainder.
Saving a card is required to take leads. Amounts are stated and charged in U.S. dollars. A lead is never assigned to you if its fee would exceed your remaining weekly cap; if the card charge is declined, the lead is not delivered.
4.4. Authorization for off-session, per-lead charges
By saving your card and checking the authorization box (for example, “Save my card and authorize per-lead charges”), you agree to store your card credential with Fixeep and its processor and you provide the following authorization. This is a merchant-initiated, off-session arrangement: charges occur without you re-entering card details each time.
- Authorization to initiate payments. You authorize Fixeep to initiate payments from your card on your behalf for the specific transactions of taking (unlocking) a lead.
- Timing and frequency. Charges are not scheduled and are not a subscription. Each charge is triggered on a per-lead basis, at the moment you choose to take a Job, and only then.
- Amount. Each charge equals the lead price for that Job’s trade. Lead prices vary by trade and may change; the applicable price is shown to you at the moment you take the lead.
- Cancellation. You may stop future charges at any time by removing your saved card from your account (and by not taking further leads). Removing the card ends your ability to take paid leads.
You confirm the following authorization: “I authorize Fixeep to send instructions to the financial institution that issued my card to take payments from my card account in accordance with the terms of my agreement with you.”
5.5. Lead pricing, declined charges, and the Refund Policy
The price to take a lead depends on the service and its scope variant and is set in an editable pricing table maintained by Fixeep. The applicable price is always displayed to you before you confirm taking a lead. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Lead fees vary by service and scope variant and are subject to change. No example figure is binding; the live price shown at the moment you take the lead controls that charge.
6.6. Exclusivity, releases, re-publication, and the Refund Policy
Every lead you take is exclusive to you for 24 hours. Fixeep asks the Client to confirm the outcome. If the job is not closed, the lead is released for one of these reasons: NUMERO_INVALIDO (the phone number provided was bad or false), SIN_CONTACTO (you never contacted the Client), NO_CERRO (you contacted the Client but the job did not close), or TIMEOUT (the exclusivity window expired without confirmation). A released Job may be re-published to another Pro up to three (3) times, after which it is marked exhausted.
Refund Policy (in-platform credits only, not cash). Remedies for a released lead are applied as credit to your Fixeep wallet, are drawn down first on your next lead, and are not redeemable for cash. Bad or false phone number: 100% credit of everything charged, including any Lead Insurance premium, after we review the problem you report from the lead. You contacted the Client and the job did not close: 50% credit of the base fee, only if you purchased the optional Lead Insurance and you submit proof of the conversation that we verify; if the Client confirms to us that the job did not close, the credit is applied without further proof. Without Lead Insurance there is no credit. You did not contact the Client: no credit. The Job is re-published to another Pro and the release is recorded against your account. The exclusivity window expired without confirmation: no credit.
Optional Lead Insurance (+10%). When taking a lead you may opt in to Lead Insurance for an additional 10% of the base fee, debited together with the fee. It is the condition for the partial (50%) credit when you contacted the Client and the job did not close; without it, that release earns no credit. Lead Insurance is not required for the 100% credit for a bad or false phone number, which applies whether or not you purchased it.
7.7. Weekly spending cap
You set a weekly spending cap (for example, preset amounts of $50, $100, $200, or $400, or a custom amount) that limits how much you can be charged for leads in a week.
Your cap limits what we charge to your card. Credit in your Fixeep wallet does not count toward the cap, because that balance is money already credited to you. If a lead you take would put you over your cap, we tell you before you confirm and you may still choose to take it. Leads that are assigned to you automatically are never charged above your cap. You may adjust your cap in your account; changes apply going forward.
8.8. No guarantee of leads or outcomes
Fixeep does not guarantee the number, frequency, quality, or value of leads available to you, that any lead will result in a paid job, or that you will win the work over other Pros who take the same Job. Lead volume depends on Client demand, your trade, your service area, and other factors outside Fixeep’s control.
9.9. Pro conduct
As a condition of taking leads, you agree not to:
- circumvent the pay-per-lead model: for example, by arranging with Clients or other Pros to obtain contact information outside the platform in order to avoid the lead charge;
- submit fraudulent or bad-faith lead claims: taking leads you do not intend to service, taking leads to deny them to competitors, or manipulating charges;
- misrepresent your identity, licensing, insurance, or qualifications, or use another Pro’s account;
- harass, defraud, or mistreat Clients, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
10.10. Independent contractor and taxes
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Fixeep. You are not an employee of Fixeep, you control how you perform your services, and you are solely responsible for your own business.
You are solely responsible for all taxes arising from your work and income, including income, self-employment, and any applicable sales taxes, and for any required filings and registrations. Fixeep does not withhold taxes on your behalf. The lead charges you pay to Fixeep are fees for access to leads, separate from what you charge Clients for the work.
11.11. Suspension, non-payment, and chargebacks
Fixeep may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, a failed or reversed charge, fraud, breach of this Agreement or the Terms, or to comply with law. If a charge fails, you may be unable to take further leads until the balance is resolved.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a lead that was delivered to you, Fixeep may contest it with our records of the authorization and delivery, and may suspend your account pending resolution. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks are grounds for termination and for recovery of amounts owed.
12.12. Changes to pricing and this Agreement
Fixeep may change lead prices, the weekly-cap presets, and the terms of this Agreement. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes (for example, by email or in your account), and the change applies to leads you take after the change takes effect. The price displayed at the moment you take a lead always controls that charge. Your continued use of the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Agreement.
