Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Group Cordova Tech LLC, which operates the Fixeep platform. By accessing or using the platform (posting a need as a Client, or registering and taking leads as a Pro) you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1.1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the Fixeep platform, you agree to these Terms. Your use, expressed through an affirmative action (for example, checking the acceptance box when posting or registering), constitutes a valid electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

The platform is offered only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. The platform is not directed to, and not available for use by, minors under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

These Terms correspond to version 2026.08.12. We may modify them as described in the “Changes to these Terms” section below.

2.2. What Fixeep is: a lead marketplace, not a party

Fixeep is a technology platform and contact marketplace that connects Clients who need a home service with independent Pros who may provide it. The only service Fixeep provides and charges for is giving a Pro access to a Client’s contact information (a “lead”).

Fixeep is NOT a party to any agreement between a Client and a Pro. Fixeep does not perform, supervise, direct, or guarantee the home service; does not charge any commission on the work; and does not receive, hold, or process payment for the work. Fixeep does not guarantee that the Client will respond, hire, or close a job: the charge pays only for access to the contact, not for any outcome.

The home service is negotiated, performed, and paid for directly between the Client and the Pro, off the platform. Fixeep is a neutral venue and does not mediate or arbitrate disputes about the quality, price, timing, or outcome of that service.

Each posted need (a “Job”) is assigned to a single Pro on an exclusive basis. When one Pro takes a Job (or is auto-assigned to it), the Job closes to all other Pros and the Client’s contact is revealed only to that one Pro. Exclusivity lasts 24 hours; if the Pro does not close the job within that window, the Job may be released and re-published for another Pro. A Job may be re-published up to three (3) times, after which it is marked exhausted and offered to no further Pro.

3.3. Accounts and accuracy of information

Clients do not need an account. Posting a need is free; the Client provides their name, phone, and email so we can send them their Job code and the details of the Pros who take it.

Pros register with their email, details, service categories, coverage areas (ZIP codes), and identity documents. Access is passwordless: sign-in uses a one-time code sent to the registered email. The Pro is responsible for keeping their email and account secure and for all activity under their account.

You agree that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current, and that you will keep it updated.

4.4. How it works for the Client

Posting a need is free and requires no account or payment. The Client’s ZIP code, city, and state are public so Pros can assess the Job; the Client’s phone number and exact street address remain hidden until a Pro takes the Job.

By posting, the Client expressly consents to their contact details and exact address being disclosed to the one (1) Pro who takes their Job, so that Pro can contact them for a quote. If that Pro does not close the job and the Job is re-published, the contact may be disclosed to the next Pro who takes it. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Client is solely responsible for evaluating, selecting, and hiring any Pro, including verifying licenses, insurance, and references. The Client pays nothing to Fixeep.

5.5. How it works for the Pro: pay-per-lead

A Pro registers, has their identity verified, and, once approved, may take leads. There is no free trial: every lead is paid. When a Pro takes a Job, that Job becomes exclusive to that Pro (see Section 2).

Fixeep operates on a pay-per-lead model. The Pro saves a payment card (via Stripe) and sets a weekly spending cap. When the Pro takes a lead (unlocks the Client’s contact), Fixeep debits the lead fee for that service: first drawing down any credit balance in the Pro’s wallet, then charging the saved card off-session for the remainder. A lead is never assigned if its fee would exceed the Pro’s remaining weekly cap. If the charge is declined, the lead is not delivered. Once the weekly cap is reached, the Pro cannot take more leads until the following week.

Charge authorization. When taking a lead, the Pro confirms: “By clicking ‘Buy lead,’ I authorize Fixeep to immediately charge my saved payment method the service’s lead fee in exchange for delivery of the client’s contact details.” Fixeep does not guarantee that the client will respond, hire, or close the job. [LAWYER-REVIEW]: the quoted consent label (“Buy lead”) must match, verbatim, the actual button text in the Pro app; if the UI button is ever renamed, update this consent string to match (the click-through label and the disclosed authorization must be identical).
The full pay-per-lead terms, the card authorization, per-service (and per-scope-variant) pricing, credit-first debit order, weekly cap, the optional Lead Insurance (+10%), and the Refund Policy (warranty claims resolved through in-platform credits: 100% / 50% / 0%, not cash), are set out in the Professional Agreement, which every Pro accepts and which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.6. User content and copyright

You retain ownership of the content you submit (for example, a Client’s Job descriptions and photos, or a Pro’s profile text and images) (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Fixeep a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it as needed to operate, provide, and promote the platform.

You represent that you own or have the rights to the User Content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any law. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that contains another person’s personal information without their consent.

Copyright (DMCA). Fixeep respects intellectual-property rights and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, send a written notice with the required information to our designated agent at [email protected]. We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

7.7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • post false information, impersonate any person, or submit documents that are not yours;
  • attempt to obtain a Client’s contact details by bypassing or circumventing the pay-per-lead charge, or coordinate off-platform contact in order to evade it;
  • scrape, crawl, or use bots or automated means to access Jobs or the platform, or interfere with its normal operation;
  • use the platform for spam, fraud, harassment, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates third-party rights.

Violation may lead to suspension or termination under the “Termination” section, and to any charges permitted by law.

8.8. Verification is limited: not a guarantee

Fixeep's verification of Pros is a limited review of the documents a Pro submits at registration. We use an automated identity check that reads the government ID and compares it against the data in the Pro's profile; our team reviews borderline cases by hand and can reverse any decision. It is not a comprehensive background check and is not a guarantee of a Pro's identity, honesty, skill, quality, safety, licensing, insurance, or fitness for any job.

Fixeep does not employ, endorse, certify, or supervise Pros, and does not certify their competence. Each Pro is solely responsible for holding any license, insurance, permit, or certification required by the state or locality (including contractor licensing that may apply to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work in GA, FL, or VA). A “Licensed” or “Certified” badge is informational and optional and is not a certification by Fixeep. Hiring decisions and due diligence are the Client’s responsibility.

If your registration is rejected. A Pro whose account is denied or left pending by the automated check may ask for a human review of that decision by writing to [email protected]. A person on our team, not the automated system, decides the appeal.

9.9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Fixeep DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY LEAD WILL RESULT IN WORK OR REVENUE.

Fixeep IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, WORK, CONDUCT, OR AGREEMENTS OF ANY CLIENT OR PRO. YOUR DEALINGS WITH OTHER USERS ARE SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THEM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Fixeep AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. Fixeep’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO Fixeep IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

In an emergency (for example, a gas leak or an electrical hazard), contact the relevant emergency services immediately (911). Fixeep is not an emergency service.

10.10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Group Cordova Tech LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right; and (d) for Pros, the home services you provide or fail to provide, including any licensing, insurance, tax, or workmanship matter.

11.11. Suspension and termination

Fixeep may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or as required by law. A Pro may close their account at any time; a Client can stop using the platform at any time.

No refund is owed for a lead already delivered. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law) survive.

12.12. Changes to these Terms

Fixeep may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its version number and date. Material changes take effect upon publication; your continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Changes do not retroactively affect transactions already completed.

13.13. Contact

Group Cordova Tech LLC · 5824 Westower Dr, Richmond, VA 23225. Questions and notices under these Terms: [email protected].

14.14. Privacy

The processing of personal data of Clients and Pros is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

15.15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your state of residence. Subject to the Arbitration section below, any dispute that is not arbitrated shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that venue.

16.16. Binding arbitration and class-action waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Except as stated below, you and Fixeep agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, administered by a recognized arbitration provider (for example, the American Arbitration Association) under its consumer rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

Class-action waiver. You and Fixeep agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any representative proceeding.

  • Sexual-assault and sexual-harassment carve-out (EFASASHA). Consistent with the federal Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act, any claim alleging sexual assault or sexual harassment is not subject to the arbitration agreement or the class-action waiver, and you may bring such a claim in court at your election.
  • Small-claims and IP carve-out. Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, without arbitrating.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this Arbitration section by emailing [email protected] within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

17.17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Professional Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Fixeep. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Fixeep may assign them. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Controlling language. These Terms are published in English and Spanish for your convenience. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the two versions, the English version controls. Material terms, including arbitration, the payment authorization, and the credit-only Refund Policy (warranty claims resolved through in-platform credits: 100% / 50% / 0%, not cash), are presented equally prominently in both languages.
